for Helping Professionals

We’re coming off of a very hard year and in a profession where burnout is inevitable you may have felt UBER burnt out over the past year. We all know that when burnout is high it’s important to reinvest in self care practice and yet it can be so hard to make it happen.

Join us on your lunch break for a quick 30 minute group

Every Friday, January 15 - February 12

1 - 1:30 PM CST

You’ll participate in gentle stretches to to get us into our bodies, followed by a 10 minute guided meditation, and an opportunity to discuss self care strategies.

Come once or come every week!

This can be an opportunity to hold yourself accountable to committing to self care through out the week in the new year. Or it can just be a relaxing, refreshing way to spend your lunch break.

I am offering this group for free! As a newly minted LCSW starting my own practice, all I ask is that if you enjoy my style you send some referrals my way.
